Education monitoring and evaluation

EfC has been conducting international sector, thematic, programme and project monitoring and evaluations for more than a decade, particularly for large organisations such as the Asian Development Bank, DfID, UNICEF and the World Bank

EfC specialises in managing national and multi-country education sector evaluations and programme assessments based on robust theories of change, enquiry frameworks and rigorous use of evaluation indicators that support comprehensive desk research and participatory stakeholder consultations, including surveys, remote and face-to-face interviews, focus groups and meetings.

We also have a strong track record in supporting ministries and organisations in the development of effective, contextually relevant monitoring frameworks and systems, linking realistic goals to appropriate outcomes, outputs, activities and inputs monitored through key performance indicators.
